This book is well-researched and contains a lot of information, which made it a bit difficult to keep up with at times. However, it was still a very interesting read. The differences between extractive and inclusive political and economic systems are explained brilliantly. The book effectively demonstrates how one strategy cannot work for the entire world. The expectations of developed countries on developing and underdeveloped countries, as well as their approach to poverty, is a very difficult problem to solve.
